Most of the sod is gone..
These a/c units will get moved soon.
a few snowdrops bloom under the oak tree every year - all that's left from a large batch that i planted long ago.

The crocuses are starting to come up.
Work begins on our new side garden. here is the outline of the pond and fountain.
this will be the new stone terrace.
